This nicely balanced oak-aged red wine displays delicate aromatic notes of plum and dried figs. The wine is soft and layered with harmonious flavours of cherry and dark chocolate and has a delightfully long and lingering finish.
This Léon Millot is well suited to most grilled meats, especially game birds and medium bodied cheeses. It also matches cured meats and pâtés very nicely. Serve at room temperature.
