Pork belly from Oulton's farm in Windosr, N.S., is cured and then uniquely smoked with Grand Pré grapevines. A whopping 4 - 5 oz of bacon ends up in every 125 mL jar, along with brown sugar, red wine vinegar and molasses. May contain sulfites. Refrigerate after opening.
